On Monday, July 5, 2021, a fire broke out in an alley garage located at the intersection of West 112th Street and South Parnell Avenue in Chicago. The alarm was still active at 04:13:28, with E.F.A.O. (Emergency Fire Alarm Operating) still in effect. Multiple fire companies responded to the scene, including Engine 62, Engine 115, Truck (Ladder) 27, Tower Ladder 24, and Battalion Chief 22.
