On July 10, 2017, Guohong LPG was successfully delivered to the LNG high-pressure/low-pressure hybrid gas supply system equipped with the 25,000-ton dual-fuel ice area heavy-lift cargo ship 1# in Jinling Shipyard. The shipowner of this project is from Finland. Shipping company ESL Shipping. This is the first high-pressure LNG fuel supply system provided by Guohong LPG for the ME-GI two-stroke dual-fuel main engine. The main gas supply pressure is 300 kg. With the delivery of the system equipment, it marks another major breakthrough in Guohong LPG in the field of high-pressure LNG fuel supply systems, and further lays a solid foundation for Guohong LPG in the field of marine LNG fuel supply systems.
In addition to meeting the supply of gas from ME-GI high-pressure main engine, the system meets the gas supply requirements of three generators and dual-fuel boilers. The high-pressure/low-pressure hybrid gas supply system of the project is designed with the invention patent of Guohong LPG. Technology (patent name: a high-pressure/low-pressure gas supply system for marine power plants), the gas supply system has good economy, safety and reliability.
The project is equipped with 2 sets of LNG filling stations arranged on the left and right sides of the stern. The maximum filling rate is 500m3/hr. A set of 390 cubic LNG storage tanks are arranged horizontally at the stern. The gas supply system is arranged in the stern independent gas processing equipment. Inside.
