Compared with the quality of mining vehicles, the quality of the planetary gear reducer of the Roots water ring vacuum unit is negligible. Therefore, an optimization calculation model with the highest safety factor is established, and the highest safety factor is achieved by optimizing the number of gear teeth and the displacement coefficient under the installation conditions. The discrete variables and continuous variables are processed separately, and the complex method is used to calculate with MatLab programming. Through optimization calculations, the contact stress safety factors of the sun gear and the planetary gear are respectively increased by the Sichuan vacuum pumps 9 and 10, which significantly improves the service life.

By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the main control valve and the opening sequence of the two spools, the displacement, flow and pressure response curves of the main control valve were obtained. The results show that steady-state hydraulic power is a key factor affecting the dynamic performance of the spool.
