Recently, Fengshen Company has introduced another successful engineering tire model — the 26.5-25-32PR L-5/G-24 super deep drawing tubeless construction machinery tire. The trial production of this new product has been successfully completed, marking a significant addition to the L-5/G-24 series of wide-base construction tires. This development expands the company's range of heavy-duty tires designed for demanding construction environments.
The tire is built on a standard rim size of 22.00/3.0. When inflated, the section width reaches 675 mm with a 3.5% increase, and the outer diameter measures 1798 mm with a 1.5% inflation expansion. It can carry a load of 17,000 kg at a speed of 10 km/h with an air pressure of 550 kPa, and 11,200 kg at 50 km/h under 425 kPa pressure. These specifications highlight its strong load capacity and stability under various working conditions.
This tire is primarily designed for use on ZL-60 loaders and similar equipment. It is also suitable for bulldozers, excavators, and other heavy machinery operating in challenging terrains. The tire features a robust structure, high load-bearing capability, and excellent safety performance. Its wide running surface ensures better traction and stability.
The tread design consists of a straight transverse pattern, with a block area ratio to the running surface reaching as high as 80%. The tread depth is 2.5 times that of conventional patterns, providing enhanced durability and resistance to wear and punctures. The tread rubber is specially formulated to resist cutting, making it ideal for use in extremely harsh environments such as mines, coal fields, and construction sites.
With the successful trial production of this new model, Fengshen Company has now expanded its L-5/G-24 series to include five different specifications. This achievement reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and quality in the construction tire industry.
