Recently, Fengshen Company has introduced another successful engineering tire — the 26.5-25-32PR L-5/G-24 super deep drawing tubeless construction machinery tire. The trial production of this new model has been completed successfully, marking a significant addition to the L-5/G-24 wide-base construction tire series. This development expands the company’s product line and strengthens its position in the heavy-duty tire market.
The tire is designed for a standard rim size of 22.00/3.0. Its section width is 675 mm, with an inflation tolerance of ±3.5%, and the outer diameter measures 1798 mm, with an inflation tolerance of ±1.5%. It is capable of handling heavy loads at different speeds and pressures: at 10 km/h and 550 kPa air pressure, it can support up to 17,000 kg, while at 50 km/h and 425 kPa, it can carry 11,200 kg.
This tire is ideal for use on ZL-60 loaders and similar equipment, as well as bulldozers and excavators operating under challenging conditions. It features a robust structure, high load capacity, and excellent safety performance. The wide running surface ensures stability, while the thick tread design with a straight transverse pattern enhances traction and durability.
The ratio of the block area to the overall running surface reaches up to 80%, and the tread depth is 2.5 times that of standard tires, significantly improving wear resistance and puncture protection. The tread rubber is also highly resistant to cutting, making it particularly suitable for use in harsh environments such as mines, coal fields, and construction sites. Its durable and efficient performance makes it a reliable choice for demanding applications.
With the successful trial production of this new model, Fengshen’s L-5/G-24 series now includes five different specifications, further expanding its range and meeting the diverse needs of customers in the construction and mining industries.
