In a recent session of the North Asian Auto Market Information Conference, Ms. Zhu Yiping, Director of the Industry and Information Department at the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, shared insights into February’s automotive industry performance. She noted that production remained relatively stable, with a slight increase compared to the previous month. However, sales saw a decline from January but continued to show strong year-on-year growth, reflecting sustained demand in the sector. Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of the North Asian Automobile Business Information Department, highlighted the seasonal nature of car sales, describing the past year as having a “light and busy season.” He pointed out that the auto market, driven largely by private consumers, operates in quarterly cycles. While the differences between months aren't always clear, there is still a distinct “light moon” period—February being one of them. Xiaogang explained that this pattern has become a common trend over recent years, observed not only in the Asian Games Village market but also in Beijing and nationwide. Given Beijing's high car ownership rate, he suggested that the rapid growth seen in previous years may slow down this year, which could explain the drop in new car sales during February. Zhu Yiping added that the top five automotive groups maintained their rankings in terms of sales last month. SAIC led with 89,600 units sold, followed by FAW (69,100), Dongfeng (55,800), Changan (54,300), and BAIC (47,500). Compared to January, only BAIC showed an increase, while the others experienced declines. However, all five companies saw year-on-year growth, with SAIC leading in the increase. Together, these five companies accounted for 65.9% of total automobile sales in February. According to the data, vehicle production in February reached 528,100 units, up 0.93% from January and 58.71% year-on-year. Sales totaled nearly 480,000 units, a 9.69% decrease from January but a 50.66% increase compared to the same period last year. Passenger car production and sales were 377,700 and 334,500 units respectively, showing a 3.59% drop from January but a 75.45% rise year-on-year. Commercial vehicles also saw positive trends, with production and sales reaching 150,000 and 135,500 units, up 14.40% and 20.53% from the previous month, and 28.03% and 28.76% higher than the same period last year. Among passenger car models, basic sedans and SUVs saw slight decreases in production compared to January, while MPVs and crossovers continued to grow. Year-on-year, all passenger car categories showed strong growth, particularly cars and MPVs. In the commercial vehicle segment, most models saw recovery, with non-integrated trucks and semi-trailers showing significant increases. Only tractor-trailer output declined sharply, while other commercial vehicle segments grew year-on-year. Looking at the first two months of the year, the top ten automakers in sales included SAIC, FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, BAIC, Hafei, Chery, Geely, GAC, and JAC. These companies collectively sold 860,300 units, making up 85.17% of total auto sales. All ten showed stable growth compared to the same period last year, with SAIC, Chery, and Geely standing out with significant increases. Overall, the Chinese auto market continues to demonstrate resilience despite seasonal fluctuations.

Corrugated Roller

Use a thickness measuring instrument to measure the thickness of the tungsten layer (the thickness of the tungsten carbide layer is required to be 0.06-0.08)

Use a smoothness meter to measure the surface finish of the corrugated roll (surface finish requirements ≤ Ra0.4)

Use the Leeb hardness tester to measure the hardness (the hardness of the roll surface matrix is required to be above HRC57)
