Abandoned baby girl found in public toilets is a normal newborn

The day before yesterday afternoon, the Jiaojing Police Station of the Shijingshan Public Security Bureau received an alarm and said that an abandoned baby girl was found inside a public toilet. After the police took the baby girl back, she carefully took care of her for more than four hours and sent her baby girl to the Shijingshan Welfare Institute.

Song Hongbin, an policeman from the police station in the Octagon, introduced that at 5:58 pm the day before yesterday, the police station received a report that a baby girl was found inside the public toilet in Xiejie Street, Gucheng East Street. Song Hongbin rushed to the scene and found a baby girl wrapped in a yellow coat on the toilet floor of the public toilet. Song Hongbin judged that the baby girl was abandoned and he immediately returned the baby to the police station. Zhang Xiaomin was the only female police officer on duty on that day. She went to the supermarket to buy baby products. With the help of several police officers, she changed her baby's diapers.

At 9:00 the night before yesterday, Song Hongbin and Zhang Xiaomin sent their baby girl to Shijingshan Hospital for a physical examination. The doctor stated that this is a normal newborn and was born one to two weeks ago.

At 10 o'clock that night, Song Hongbin and Zhang Xiaomin sent their children to the Shijingshan Welfare Institute.
