Gas detector routine maintenance attention calibration and testing

Gas detectors use a relatively zero-volume gas and a standard concentration of gas to calibrate the gas detector. The toxic gas detector is the same as other gas detectors. The obtained specification curve is stored in the gas detector. During the measurement, the gas detector compares the electrical signal generated by the gas concentration to be measured with that of the standard concentration and calculates the accurate gas concentration value.

Therefore, zero calibration of the gas detector at any time and frequent calibration of the gas detector is an indispensable task for ensuring accurate measurement of the gas detector. Many current gas detectors that need to be described are replaceable detection sensors but this does not mean that one detector can be equipped with different detector probes at any time. Whenever the probe is replaced, it will be necessary to recalibrate the gas detector in addition to a certain sensor activation time. In addition, it is recommended that the gas detectors be tested with the standard gas operation before the use of various gas detectors to ensure that the gas detectors really play a role in maintenance.
