At the meeting, Hualing and Fangyuan Slewing Bearing Company reported the project preparations respectively. According to reports, Hualing Motor Co., Ltd. plans to implement an annual output of 30,000 heavy-duty trucks in the Ma'anshan Development Zone. The first phase of the project will transform the company's existing production lines and supporting power station facilities to produce 30,000 vehicles per year according to a single shift. Filling and filling up, focus on improving the level of mechanization and automation, with a small investment, a short construction period, as soon as possible to form a single-class production capacity of 30,000 heavy trucks; the second phase of the project to build a new 100,000 drive axle, 50,000 The root support bridge production line has a total investment of 1.184 billion yuan. It was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on October 15, 2008 for record review.
At the meeting, Zhou Chunyu pointed out: First, we must attach great importance to it. He said that these two projects are very important. They are related to expanding investment and strengthening the stamina, which are related to the overall economic and social development of the city. From the perspective of enterprises, Hualing and Fangyuan are key enterprises in the city and have strong sustainable development capabilities. They have a certain position in the industry. From the perspective of the project itself, these two projects are in full compliance with the national industrial revitalization policy; Currently, the two projects that are currently under construction have low investment costs and have good development prospects; from the perspective of responding to the financial crisis, accelerating development is the best way to deal with the crisis. Therefore, advancing the construction of these two projects is an important measure to cope with the current financial crisis, seize opportunities, adjust the structure, and promote superior enterprises to become bigger and stronger. Second, we must fully support it. Especially in the context of the current financial crisis, all relevant departments, especially the municipal development zones, must fully support the two projects in the same way as investment promotion projects and do a good job of services. Third, we must seize the key. The key to these two projects is legal land supply and accelerated land acquisition. At present, the most urgent task is to do a good job of the land requisition work as soon as possible. The main bodies of the requisitioned entities must fully push forward in accordance with the agreement time, and the completion of the task of early completion of the demolition must be recognized. Fourth, we must implement responsibility. He stressed that serving the enterprise is the responsibility of the government and related departments and units.
