The equipment used to sample the sampling equipment, containers, and on-site measurement items must be kept clean and in normal working condition. The collected samples should be prevented from contamination and deterioration. Samples that require re-examination and retention must not be measured on-site, and the sample containers must be bottle-specific. For analysis of samples of organic compounds, organic solvent-washed nylon plugs or foil linings should be used. Note that hands and gloves must not come into contact with the inner wall of the vial or the stopper, and the sample container and the filter device must be kept in a clean environment away from dust and smoke. Samples are stored according to the recommended method and stored in the dark, as needed, or stored in a dark place or in the refrigerator.

Quality control is an essential part of on-site quality assurance. In addition to the standardized on-site sampling procedures, a blank sample and a parallel sample must also be made on-site to test the purity of the preservative; to check the contamination of the sampling container or other equipment during the sampling process; to collect parallel samples and check the reproducibility of the sample. When the sanitary status of a certain process is ascertained, a sample can be taken before and after the process for comparison. For hand-packaging procedures, samples can be taken before and after packaging, and the operator's fingers can be wiped with a sterile cotton swab to perform bacterial culture to demonstrate the degree of contamination.

Sampling tank The sampling vessel uses a borosilicate glass bottle or polyethylene (propylene) plastic bottle according to the inspection item and must be tightly sealed with a plug or lid. Glass bottles should be easy to clean; polyethylene bottle plastic bottles are not easy to break and freeze, and easy to transport; all sample containers must have the same mark as the sample. Containers containing samples should be disinfected, but containers should not be treated with disinfectants.

Sampling tank container cleaning: new sampling bottles should be immersed in nitric acid; glass bottles measuring organochlorine pesticides should be soaked in chromic acid cleaning solution to destroy the original contaminated organic chlorine. Before immersing in acid, first wash with normal water and remove the original contaminated material as much as possible. After soaking with the chromic acid cleaning solution, it must be washed with tap water for 7 to 10 times, then rinsed with pure water, and the vial containing the high concentration of certain components is better to be discarded.

Refers to the three-phase motor, when the three-phase stator winding (the difference between the 120 electrical degrees), pass into the three-phase alternating current, will produce a rotating magnetic field, the rotating magnetic field cutting rotor windings, thus the induced current in the rotor winding (the rotor winding is closed path).
The rotor conductor of the current carrying rotor will produce electromagnetic force under the rotating magnetic field of the stator, thus forming an electromagnetic torque on the motor shaft, driving the motor to rotate, and the rotating direction of the motor is the same as that of the rotating magnetic field.
