This marks the fourth new addition to the department's growing fleet, further enhancing their ability to serve the bustling south suburban area of Chicagoland. This ambulance comes fully loaded with state-of-the-art features including all-LED emergency and interior dome lighting, a Tomar Opticom system for signal preemption, and a custom swing-out tablet docking station from Havis. It also boasts a 20A Kussmaul Super Auto Eject system, a custom-installed Med-Vault, and an additional wall-mounted suction unit with a charging station. The short-wheelbase Frontline Model M1 represents the latest innovation from RevGroup's extensive line of ambulance manufacturers, offering a compact yet reliable option for any emergency fleet. The ambulance’s all-aluminum, extruded modular body is both durable and efficient, providing an impressive 56 cubic feet of external storage and 45 cubic feet of internal storage. With a standard body size of 146” long by 90” wide, it offers an impressive 68” of interior headroom. Additionally, these Frontline models can be customized with or without a CPR seat to better suit operational needs.
