CNC turning is a subtractive manufacturing process in which pieces of material are rotated as a machine tool is fed to the piece, removing material to create a finished piece. It is primarily used to manufacture parts that are cylindrical in nature. We supply custom cnc turning service and CNC turning parts manufacturing Cnc Turning,Cnc Turning service,Cnc Turning Parts,Cnc Turning Services Ningbo Rongna Technology Co.,Ltd , https://www.prototyping-machining.com
What is CNC TURNING?
Items processed by a lathe will be cylindrical and must be on-centre. Turned parts can range from simple rings to complex curved components. CNC turning is the most efficient way to mass-produce these kinds of parts.
Various cutting tools can be installed within the lathe tooling head to perform different cutting operations sequentially, to produce parts in a one-pass process. Straight cuts, tapers and contours can all be created by varying the angle and depth of the cut.
RongNa CNC Turning system is capable of cutting and holding different types of materials with complete accuracy and efficiency. CNC Turning to manufacture anything from furniture to garden tools to intricate machines and parts for cars and trucks etc.
We are professional CNC Turning Service company and custom CNC Turning Parts manufacturers in China, Our CNC Turning Center help with all kinds of projects and makes cuts of any work piece by changing the angle, the material and the type of cutting tool being used.

**SAN RAFAEL, Calif... February 2, 2016** — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has just announced that its Federal Solutions Team and Autodesk Consulting successfully secured a $1.2 million research contract from the Air Force Research Lab's Advanced Power Technology Office (AFRL-APTO). This contract aims to demonstrate a Rapid Energy Modeling (REM) solution for buildings located at Tinker Air Force Base (Tinker AFB) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Tinker AFB serves as the headquarters for the heavy industrial Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. Recently, the base reported significant progress toward achieving substantial energy savings in 2015. Future initiatives for the Tinker Energy Team will focus on improving energy efficiency within buildings and infrastructure.
**Streamlining the Energy Audit Process**
The REM approach simplifies preliminary energy assessments by offering insights based on a building's structural design, geometric layout, and local climatic conditions. This results in a detailed 3D model of the USAF installation, complete with all buildings and infrastructure. The REM analysis visually displays energy consumption patterns, helping identify retrofit measures that could yield the most significant reductions in energy use.
At Tinker AFB, this demonstration will leverage Autodesk's REM technology to assist Air Force facility energy managers in rapidly evaluating energy consumption levels. It will also help prioritize buildings and strategies aimed at reducing energy demand and costs. Additionally, this project sets a precedent for the Department of Defense, enabling it to efficiently evaluate energy usage across its vast network of over 845,000 facilities spread across 800 bases and 4,127 defense sites.
As part of the Air Force Alternative Energy Program, AFRL is actively seeking solutions that enhance the Air Force's energy position. Reducing energy expenses and increasing energy security are key priorities for the entire U.S. government. Agencies have been directed to promote building energy conservation, efficiency, and management, with regular reporting on energy usage.
“A validation project conducted with the Department of Defense found that Autodesk’s REM approach was approximately 96% less costly than conventional, labor-intensive energy auditing methods,†said Emma Stewart, Director of Sustainability Solutions at Autodesk. “This REM technology empowers the Air Force to swiftly grasp how much energy each facility consumes, allowing them to explore avenues for overall energy reduction.†Learn more about the Department of Defense’s validation project involving Rapid Energy Modeling and Autodesk [here](link).
