At the “2004 Automotive Industry Development Forum” held in Huadu, Guangzhou in April this year, Long Yongtu, China’s WTO negotiator, pointed out: “I think we should focus on the development of the automotive component industry. This is not just for The development of China's auto parts industry, as well as its contribution to the development of the entire automotive industry, has made a significant contribution, because now the Chinese auto industry has moved towards a situation where it is unable to enter or enter the industry.

It is true that leading the world-class vehicle production is the dream of many auto manufacturers in China. However, we can't make any effort to do anything, but we should take every step down to earth. At present, what is before us is the huge domestic and foreign markets for auto parts. According to relevant data, China’s export of automobiles and auto parts reached US$4.3 billion in 2003 alone. In the first half of this year, the Ministry of Commerce has another plan. In 2005, China’s auto and auto parts exports reached 150 to 20 billion U.S. dollars, and in 2010 it reached 70 billion U.S. dollars to 100 billion U.S. dollars. I believe that the development of China's auto parts market will not only meet the quotas for domestic autos, but more importantly it will have a broad export prospect.

The Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers aimed at this with its extremely keen eyes and decided to host the "2004 China International Auto Parts Transnational Procurement Trade Forum" on September 3, 2004, and was organized by China Auto Parts Network. The forum aims to build a face-to-face exchange platform for multinational buyers and multinational manufacturers, and bring the latest developments and professional research in the world of automotive manufacturing. The organizing committee of the conference invited chief representatives and purchasing directors of auto parts multinational procurement consortiums such as Delphi, Weistong Group, Rover Group, and Continental Corporation to give lectures on China and the global market, and the procurement specialists issued procurement lists and suppliers for negotiations. A platform for face-to-face communication has been created for Chinese local and multinational companies that wish to enter the international market, so that they can truly understand the needs of buyers and be prepared to participate in the global procurement chain.

As the saying goes, “The cleverest woman is hardly a straw without rice.” The attractive market for auto parts and components is the first and crucial step for China to develop its own auto industry. With a solid industrial base for auto parts, we have the opportunity to become a tycoon in the global automotive industry.

As the consumption of plastic products continues to increase, the amount of waste plastics continues to increase.

At present, Chinese waste plastics are mainly plastic film, plastic wire and woven goods, foam plastics, plastic packaging boxes and containers, daily-use plastic products, plastic bags and agricultural mulch films.

In addition, the annual consumption of plastics for automobiles in China has reached 400,000 tons, and the annual consumption of plastics for electronic appliances and home appliances has reached more than 1 million tons. These products have become one of the important sources of waste plastics after being scrapped.

It is understood that in 2011, the amount of waste plastics produced in China was about 28 million tons, and in 2012 it was 34.13 million tons. The storage, transportation and processing of these waste plastics, pending the application and post-treatment of the discarded plastic raw materials, will inevitably damage the environment and endanger the health of the people.
