The investment of more than 600 million yuan in 1.8 million tons/year of wax oil hydrogenation unit is the core device for the upgrading of the quality of gasoline products in the refining division of Maoming Petrochemical this year. The device covers an area of ​​10,000 square meters, and the designed annual operating time is 8400 hours. The designed elasticity is 60 to 105%. The raw materials are derived from the decompression wax oil and coking wax oil of the atmospheric and vacuum devices. The products are mainly refined wax oil and a small amount of Diesel, naphtha, etc. The device mainly includes reaction, fractionation, desulfurization and other systems. The main function of the device is to reduce the sulfur content of the catalytic cracker feedstock, and the gasoline produced for the refinery segment can meet the national III criteria to create conditions.
It is understood that after the wax oil hydrogenation plant is put into operation, the oil refinery sub-unit will start mass production of the country's three gasolines. After completing the national 2 standard gasoline production plan stipulated by the headquarters this month, it will all transfer to the production country 3 gasoline.
Following the 200 tons/hour acid water stripping unit, packaging and forming unit, and the 100,000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit were successfully put into operation. On December 8, the 1.8 million tons/year wax oil hydrogenation unit of the Maoming Petrochemical Refinery Division was 10Mpa. The gas tightness was successful and the unit started feeding to carry out catalyst vulcanization. At 9 o'clock on the December 10th, the end of the plant's diesel vulcanization was stable. At 9 o'clock on the morning of December 11th, fresh feeds were switched. On December 12th, qualified products were produced. This marked that 1.8 million tons/year of wax oil hydrogenation unit had been successfully driven at one time. This has created conditions for the upgrading of gasoline produced by refineries to the national III standard. . At this point, all of Maoming Petrochemical Company's factory-produced gasoline can meet the national III standard, which is 19 days ahead of the national standard for gasoline upgrade (January 1, 2010).
