Tan Xuguang emphasized that in recent years, we have become accustomed to the rapid growth of development and are accustomed to continuously expanding our production capacity and scale. Tan Xuguang pointed out that recently the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have issued documents one after another, putting forward new requirements for the national III, State IV standard switching and energy saving and emission reduction. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for our internal combustion engine industry. It forced us to make great efforts in the selection of technology routes, the development of new technologies for energy-saving emission reduction, and the development of recycling economy such as remanufacturing, the promotion of new energy technologies, and the application of new materials and new processes to further improve the energy efficiency of internal combustion engine products.
