According to reports, before that, the largest PSA hydrogen production facility built abroad had a processing capacity of 236,000 standard cubic meters per hour, while the largest domestic PSA hydrogen production plant capacity was only 75,000 standard cubic meters per hour.
According to Wang Heming, deputy general manager of Shenhua Group's Coal-to-liquids Co., Ltd., the Shenhua Group's coal-to-oil project is a national key project approved by the State Council and is the world's first commercial demonstration unit for direct liquefaction of coal. Hydrogen is the leader of the coal-to-oil project, and the hydrogen production unit is the core of the entire project. The PSA hydrogen production device can convert the coal powder provided by the coal preparation device into a synthesis gas through a partial oxidation method, and then it is processed into a high-purity product hydrogen through transformation, pressure swing adsorption, and the like.
