Safety slide line maintenance:

1. Brush: It should be checked once every 1-3 months according to the use of mobile electrical equipment. Focus on checking the wear of the collector brush. If the wear is ≥ 5mm, it must be replaced. If the brush is found to be loose or if the wear deflection occurs during the inspection, the cause should be ascertained and dealt with promptly.

2. Collectors: Check at least once every quarter. Check the fasteners for looseness, displacement, wear of plastic parts and moving parts, and check the spring tension (the contact between the collector brushes and the guide rails should maintain a certain pressure (see the table below). Find problems and deal with them in time.

3. Connector: Check at least once a year. Focus on checking whether the fastening bolts, welds, and supports are loose, rusted, or displaced.

4. Daily inspection: Check whether the straightness of the track has obvious deviation (more than 20mm), dislocation, whether the insulation protection parts fall off, breakage, and damage, whether the stainless steel “v” groove is tilted, and whether there is any foreign matter on the track. And conductive dust and so on. If necessary, check whether the insulation resistance meets the requirements (interphase insulation resistance should be ≥10MΩ).

5. It is necessary to intensify daily inspections for environments where the track alignment, track gauge, inclination, etc., have large deviations, are used frequently, the workshop is dusty, the temperature is high, and there are water, acid, alkali, fog, and outdoor environments. maintain.
