The pump is a type of machine that is both pressurized and driven and must comply with the prescribed safety measures before installation, operation and maintenance, and during installation and operation and maintenance.
Auxiliaries (such as motors, belt drives, couplings, high-speed gearboxes, continuously variable transmissions, etc.) must also comply with this safety measure and refer to the relevant procedures before installation, operation, and maintenance.

Before installing belts or couplings, the direction of rotation must be checked, because the incorrect direction of rotation will damage the pump during operation or damage the individual parts.

Without the permission of special personnel, the pump must not be operated beyond the conditions specified in the original sales, otherwise it will result in equipment or personal accidents.

The pump must not be operated at a low or zero flow point or in other conditions that may cause vaporization of the pumped medium. Otherwise, it may cause equipment accidents due to the large increase in pressure.

During maintenance or pumping, the internal vacuum pump must be isolated. If it cannot be well isolated, the impeller may become a “flywheelâ€, causing equipment and personnel accidents.
Notes A series of installation drawings including liquid pools, pumping lines, valves, control devices, etc. should be available to prevent misloading of the pump.
