The MD-HLD-542 is an advanced helium mass spectrometer leak detector designed for precision and efficiency. It features a molecular pump, mass spectrometry chamber, combined valve, mechanical pump, and a control panel, making it ideal for automated leak detection applications.

One-button operation for leak detection and deflation; full-scale calibration from 5×10⁻¹² to 1 Pa·m³/s, covering 12 magnitudes in one go; quick start within 2 minutes; loop detection available.

Supports up to 5×10⁵ repeated leak detections; two regional operation panels with four levels of access; high stability and accuracy for long-term use.

3. Powerful Functionality
Offers three types of leak detection: Normal, Gross, and Sniffer; optional sensitivity range of 12 magnitudes; supports multiple units including mbar·l/s, Pa·m³/s, and Torr·l/s.
