1. Ring Cutter

 

This machine is primarily used to cut the sidewall of steel-belted tires and prepare them for further segmentation. The process begins by placing the tire on a platform, then rotating the handwheel to secure the inner tire with three claws. After starting the power, the work platform rotates, and the cutting tool gradually cuts the tire side until it is fully separated.

 

2. Strips Cutter

 

The strips cutter is designed to cut steel wire tires into adjustable-width strips. It uses two circular knives made from durable materials that can be sharpened multiple times, suitable for up to 1200 steel tires before replacement.

 

3. Block Cutter

 

This block cutter is designed to cut tires from cars, trucks, and tractors, with a maximum range of 120cm for truck tires. It adds flexibility to your tire-cutting system, allowing you to process tires up to 120cm in size. It can cut 60-70 truck tires or 120-150 car tires per hour.

 

4. Bead Wire Separator

 

This equipment is used to separate rubber and steel wire from the bead, helping to extract the entire steel wire. Features include ease of operation, simple installation, high efficiency, and cleanliness.

5. Tyre Crusher

 

This machine is mainly used for crushing waste tires and rubber. Its structure is based on gear transmission, making it efficient and reliable for large-scale operations.

Construction & Principle:

 

It consists of a motor, cutting blades, static blades, frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, control box, and more.

 

The basic principle involves the oil cylinder and hydraulic system driven by a motor. A tire without a bead is placed on the static blade stand, secured tightly by locking arms, and then cut by blades driven by the oil cylinder. This divides the tire into several blocks, which are easier to crush or shred for the next stage.
