1. Ring Cutter

 

This machine is primarily used to cut the sidewall of steel wire tires and prepare them for further segmentation. The process begins by placing the tire on a platform, then rotating the hand wheel so that three claws securely grip the inner tire. Once the tire is fixed, the power is turned on, and the work platform rotates. The cutting tool then slowly cuts the tire step by step until the side wall is completely removed.

 

2. Strips Cutter

 

The strips cutter is designed to cut wire tires into strips after removing the sidewalls. It allows for adjustable width settings. This machine uses two circular knives made from special materials that are hard-wearing and can be sharpened repeatedly, suitable for up to 1200 steel tires before needing replacement.

 

3. Block Cutter

 

The block cutter is specifically designed for cutting car, truck, and tractor tires, with a maximum range of up to 120cm for truck tires. It enhances the flexibility of your tire-cutting system by allowing the acceptance of tires up to 120cm in size. This unit can process 60-70 truck tires per hour or 120-150 car tires per hour, making it highly efficient for large-scale operations.

 

4. Bead Wire Separation

 

This equipment is used to separate rubber and steel wire from the bead section, allowing for the recovery of whole steel wires. Features include ease of operation, simple installation, low maintenance requirements, high efficiency, and cleanliness.

5. Tyre Crusher

 

This machine is mainly used for crushing waste tires and rubber. Its structure features gear transmission, ensuring durability and efficiency in processing large volumes of material.

Usage:

 

 

This system is ideal for cutting various types of rubber blocks and strips. It is especially effective for processing rubber tires, rail tires, and other rubber products.

 

Construction & Principle:

 

The system consists of a motor, cutting blades, static blades, frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, and control box. The oil cylinder and hydraulic system are driven by the motor. The tire without the wire bead is placed on the static blade stand, and it is fixed tightly using locking arms. The cutting blades, powered by the oil cylinder, then slice the tire into several blocks, which are easier to crush or shred for the next stage of processing.
