The Scrap Aluminum Cable Granulating Machine is a high-efficiency solution designed for the recycling of various types of scrap cables and wires, including copper, aluminum, telephone cables, USB cables, computer cables, and waste automobile wires. It can process materials with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 20mm, achieving a copper separation rate of over 95%. This machine is capable of handling single-core, double-core, and multi-core cables, whether twisted, tangled, or with or without plugs. The maximum diameter for double-core and multi-core cables is 20mm, while the minimum diameter for single-core wires is 0.2mm.
The granulator consists of a grinding host machine, an air flow sorting and collecting system, shaking parts, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. It operates using a dry production method, which means no water is involved, making it an environmentally friendly option for recycling scrap wire and copper.

1. Pre-shredder
Rough crush raw materials before the second crushing.
2. Second crushing
It is an important part before separation, crushing the materials into 3-5mm smaller pieces.
3. Copper and plastic separation
