PE PP Master Batch with Glass Fiber Filler Granulation Machine, Twin Screw Compounding Extruder Palletizing Machine is mainly used to produce all grades of Masterbatch, filler and modification, blending and modification, functional parent granule (black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cable, special material (EVA, fluorine rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.

Working Principle

First by the high speed mixer, you can mix all materials equally according to their different percentages. Then we send the mixed material into the hopper via a screw charger. Our hopper is specially designed, so the material in the hopper won't clump together. Different materials are processed with different screw designs to meet the specific properties of each material.

Suitable Material
PP/PE + CaCO3 + Wax + Butter + other additives. Our extrusion machine can add CaCO3 up to 85%.
