1. Pellets from in-house, post-industrial recycling
In many production lines, post-industrial waste accounts for 5% or more. This makes in-house recycling a key strategy to reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials. The pellets produced from this process are almost as good as new and can be used again to make high-quality plastic products.

2. Pellets from post-consumer recycling
The ML two-stage granulator is also suitable for processing washed, post-consumer, and agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compacting process, which helps to dry and remove moisture from the washed flakes (processed by washing lines). These recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes either as 100% material or blended with virgin materials to cut costs. The quality of the pellets can be further enhanced by direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
