Plastic PVC cable granulating machine, the material can be a polymer mixed with PVC, some PE, some rubber, recycling and blending and modification, functional parent granule (black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cables, special materials (EVA, fluorine rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.

Working Principle:

First, crush the cable with a crusher to break it into small pieces. Then, feed these small pieces directly into the extruder. The first stage is a single screw extruder, and then the material moves to the second stage, which is a twin screw extruder. This allows for mixing of PE, rubber, and other materials, making it ideal for processing different types of waste materials.

Working Principle
Drains are designed with float ball drain system. It will have a trickle of drainage if the float weight and pressure are balanced. It will open and start draining if the draining buoyance is greater than the float ball's weight and the pressure from the compressed air. It works cyclically according to the buoyancy.
