  1. Brief Introduction
This series of valves is suitable for the start and stop operations in ultra-high vacuum systems. They are two types of vacuum block valves—manual and pneumatic. These valves offer numerous advantages such as stability, durability, excellent sealing performance, and long service life, making them a preferred choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves use a rotating handle for operation, utilizing helical transmission to open and close. The direction of operation is indicated on the handle. Pneumatic valves operate using compressed air, and the valve plates automatically close due to spring force when the air supply is lost. The applicable media include pure air and non-corrosive gases.
