Reliable Components:
1 MAST:
The rigid mast design ensures superior performance and reliability even under the most challenging geological conditions. The separate placement of the operator area and mast lift/extend control valve significantly reduces malfunctions during operation.
The telescopic mast enhances drilling reliability. The bottom end of the mast anchors the ground surface during drilling, providing additional stability. When transporting, the mast can be moved to the center of gravity of the rig for improved safety.
2 OPERATOR PANEL:
During transportation, the operator panel remains closed to prevent damage.
The operator panel is equipped with non-fixed control joysticks, offering enhanced safety for the operator. The drilling and rotation joystick includes a friction damper and non-fixed hoist, ensuring convenience and safe operation. An automatic alarm function alerts users when hydraulic oil levels are low.
3 HOOD:
The fiberglass hood provides excellent sound and heat insulation. It tilts using two fixed hydraulic props, allowing easy access for maintenance of the engine and hydraulic system.
4 HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:
Hydraulic pumps are directly connected to a PTO-driven auxiliary pump, making maintenance easier and more efficient.
5 DRILL HEAD:
The drill head is compatible with B-P series rods, with diameters ranging from 55.5mm to 114.3mm. The inner diameter of the main axle is 121mm.
Patented jaws with a chuck and hydraulic opening/spring closing mechanism ensure fail-safe operation. Spring clamps and disk chuck clutch securely hold the drill rods.
A direct drive from the hydraulic cylinder ensures stable drilling and precise pressure regulation, whether increasing or decreasing pressure during the process.
**6 OIL COOLING RADIATORS:**
Separate radiators feature adjustable fans based on environmental temperature, improving cooling efficiency. Radiators are strategically placed to maximize hydraulic oil cooling. The drill head also has its own radiator.
7 MAIN WINCHES:
Mounting the main winch on the mast minimizes vibration of the coring drill rig, enhancing overall stability.
8 CRAWLER CHASSIS:
The crawler chassis is equipped with Korean-made hydraulic motors, ensuring high-quality performance and durability.
