The key advantage of this system is its ability to automate the feeding, positioning, shrinking, and unwinding processes. It’s particularly effective for handling large and thick steel coils, ensuring consistent performance and reliability in high-volume production settings.
The trolley is equipped with a V-shaped load-bearing surface and driven by a hydraulic motor, allowing for controlled movement and speed adjustment through oil pressure flow regulation. The trolley's vertical motion is managed by a hydraulic cylinder, operated via a simple control handle that allows users to adjust the trolley’s rise, fall, and forward/reverse movements, as well as the tightening and contraction of the rack.
Once the coil is placed on the V-shaped platform, the operator activates the hydraulic valve, allowing the piston rod to lift the platform until it aligns with the center of the shearing machine. At this point, the system locks into place, ensuring accurate and stable operation.
