This model features a vertical ring mold design that prevents material blockage. The double-layer mold significantly increases working efficiency, while the high-alloy steel mold extends the service life of the machine. Its independent high-pressure lubrication system ensures cleanliness and unobstructed operation. It is ideal for materials with low adhesion and shaping rate, such as rice husks, peanut shells, wood chips, branches, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement, ash, and chemical materials. The raw material moisture content should be between 10% and 15%, and the particle size should be about two-thirds of the pellet size. Widely used in biomass energy plants, power stations, wood processing factories, fertilizer plants, and chemical facilities, this machine is an optimal choice for pellet production.
