Our skilled technicians will supervise the assembly, installation, commissioning, and provide training for local operators once the buyer confirms the site is ready for installation. The buyer must prepare necessary materials, tools, and labor. Local costs for the technician during installation, including accommodation, round-trip tickets, insurance, and communication fees, are the buyer’s responsibility. A fee of $100 per engineer per day applies for the first 40 days, and $150 per engineer per day thereafter.

Warranty

All machines are 100% brand new when shipped. We guarantee the quality of the machines (excluding wear parts) for one year after trial operation under our technician's guidance, but not exceeding 15 months from the date of shipment.

3. What is the shape of the aggregate produced by your crusher?

Answer: The shape depends on the crusher design and the entire production line setup. Our engineers tailor the system to your material, ensuring a more cubic shape than many competitors.

4. How long is the delivery time?

Answer: Typically one month. Delivery may be extended if the production line is large or if special requirements exist.

5. What is the warranty period for your sand washing equipment?

Answer: The warranty is 13 months. Wear parts and issues caused by improper operation are not covered.
