1. Sheet Applications:
The plastic sheet extrusion line is typically composed of extruders, screen changers, melt pumps, distributors, T-die heads, three-roll calendars, cooling frames, haul-off units, cutting machines, and winding systems. The raw materials used include PET, PP, PE, PS, PC, EVA, PVC, etc. The final products have a thickness range of 0.2-30mm and widths up to 3 meters. These sheets are mainly used in food packaging, industrial applications, stationery, electronics, and other industries.


2. Sheet Extrusion Line:

 
 **Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder (with or without exhaust) should be selected based on different materials. Specially designed screws and an advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.
 

**Screen Changer and Mold:The quick hydraulic screen changer ensures short screen-changing time without material leakage. The mold structure should be chosen according to the material, and clothes-rack-style molds are widely accepted to regulate flow distribution and ensure even plate thickness.

 

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:Inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machines should be selected based on the plate thickness. Temperature controllers operate separately, and the gap between the three rollers can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special design for angle adjustment, ensuring excellent calendaring effects and uniform plate thickness.


 

**Cooling Roller Bracket:Equipped with guide rollers, the cooling effect is improved. Additionally, the edge-shearing device ensures fixed width of plates and quality of edges.
**Online Edge Cutting Device, ensuring smooth and uniform sheet edges, and reducing waste that can be reused in production.
**Online Cutting Waste Crushing and Recycling Device, which converts cutting waste into small flakes.
**Haul-Off Device.
**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:

It features length-fixed cutting with precision less than 2mm, using alloy blades or rigid alloy saw bits to ensure good cutting results and stable performance.

 

**Winder

It includes friction winders and other forms, which can be supplied according to customer requirements.

 

**Auto Stacker

3. Extrusion Line Characteristics:
