1. Sheet Applications:
The plastic sheet extrusion line is typically composed of extruders, screen changers, melt pumps, distributors, T-dies, three-roll calendars, cooling frames, haul-off units, cutting machines, winder, and auxiliary equipment. The raw materials include PET, PP, PE, PS, PC, EVA, PVC, etc. Final products have thickness ranging from 0.2 to 30 mm and widths up to 3 meters. These sheets are mainly used in food packaging, industrial packaging, stationery, electronics, and other industries.


2. Sheet Extrusion Line:

 
**Extruder: Choose the appropriate single-screw extruder based on the material. A specially designed screw and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.

**Screen Changer and Mold:The hydraulic quick screen changer ensures short screen-changing time without material leakage. The mold structure should be selected according to the material, and clothes-rack mode molds are widely accepted to regulate flow distribution and ensure even plate thickness.

 

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:Choose inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machine based on the plate thickness. Separate temperature controllers and adjustable gaps between rollers ensure excellent calendaring effect and uniform plate thickness.


 

**Cooling Roller Bracket:Equipped with guide rollers, the cooling effect is better. The edge shearing device ensures fixed width and quality of the edges.
**Online Edge Cutting Device:Ensures smooth and uniform sheet edges, and waste can be reused for production.

**Online Cutting and Recycling Device:** Converts cutting waste into small flakes.

**Haul-Off Device.**

**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:** Length-fixed cutting with precision less than 2mm, using alloy blades or rigid saw bits for consistent performance.

 

**Winder:

Friction winder or other types available based on customer needs.

 

**Auto Stacker**
