Palm Dr., near Golf Road in Mount Prospect. The fire was brought under control around 3:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Approximately 100 residents were temporarily displaced. Thanks to the Red Cross and local human services, all have found temporary shelter. Officials believe the fire started in a small attic area, but the exact cause is still under investigation. One firefighter sustained minor injuries and was treated on-site.
