GS-TFL-6000CO2 laser - At present, the largest domestic civilian laser has settled in Laigang's large H-beam production line. After trial operation, good results have been achieved. The service life of saw blades and rolls subjected to laser surface strengthening treatment has been extended by more than 1.5 times. Laser processing technology is the key scientific and technological research achievement since the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" in China. It is widely used in cutting, welding, punching, cladding, scoring and surface strengthening of various materials. This 6kW (usually about 3kW) high-power cross-flow CO2 laser introduced by the large H-beam production line is mainly used for the heat treatment of the saw blade serration and the texturing and surface strengthening of the roll. After laser surface treatment, the wear resistance of the saw blade and the roll is significantly enhanced, and the number of repairs is significantly reduced. Up to now, the laser equipment has successfully processed nearly 300 saw blades and 4 rolls of blanking machines, and the effect is good.
