B. Application Fields

C. Features
1. The inlet-outlet design is specially engineered to ensure sufficient medium remains in the pump. Even when the medium in the suction pipe is completely discharged, the pump still has excellent self-priming performance.
2. The pump body uses a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure. This allows some medium to return to the pump inlet or be stored through this valve. As a result, the pump can start under full pressure, significantly reducing the torque required.
3. A synchronizer gear transfers torque from the driving screw to the idler screw, ensuring no metal contact and efficient power transmission between the elements. This ensures high reliability for any medium and prevents damage due to dry running in a short time.
4. When operating, the meshing screws form a sealed cavity in the pump body. As the screws rotate, the liquid in the sealed cavity moves axially with the cavity and is continuously transferred to the pump outlet. Since the capacity of the sealed cavity does not change during operation, there is no pulsation when the pump delivers liquid.
5. The twin screw pump body offers several different heating structures for selection, adapting to different media under varying temperatures.
